Oculus CEO’s Social Media Account Gets Hacked:
Brendan Iribe, The chief executive officer of Facebook-owned virtual reality company Oculus gets hacked his Twitter account. Brendan Iribe becomes the third big personality whose social media account gets hacked.
Recently, Google CEO Sundar Pichai’s Quora account and Mark Zuckerberg’s Twitter and LinkedIn account get hacked by the Hacking group named OurMine.
OurMine take the responsibilities of this type of similar hacks. However this not clarified that who is behind the hacking of Brendan Iribe’s Twitter account.
The hack is appeared when hacker Iribe’s cover photo and posted some Tweets. There are the following tweets that hacker posted on Iribe’s timeline.
"im not testing ya security im just having a laugh."
The hack became apparent when a tweet from Iribe Twitter account was made saying: "We here @Oculus are very excited to announce our CEO. @Lid ! :)."
"Imagine creating the coolest s*** to ever be introduced to gaming and technology but using the same pass for 4 years lol... silly mr CEO!"
Meanwhile Iribe recovers his Twitter account by using other credential of his account. Iribe deleted all the Tweets that the hackers was posted.
The hackers are not have been exposed yet but they told Tech Crunch that they have used the Iribe’s Myspace credential data that was exposed in Myspace data breach 2013 to compromise the Iribe’s Twitter account.
OurMine hacking group also used data exposed in Massive data breach to compromise the Mark Zuckerberg and Sundar Pichai’s social media accounts.

Thomas white also uploaded 167 million account credentials of LinkedIn account and made it available for download. Any one can download 167 million accounts credentials of LinkedIn from his website.
Note: You can be also in one whose credentials have included in the breached data that is available for download. I strictly suggest you to change your password of social media accounts and always keeps a strong password. because strong passwords are hard to crack. And Never use the same password for multiple social media accounts.
